You agree to:

Either pbc88bd or the Player may initiate the closure of a registered account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your pbc88bd account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@pbc88bd. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided KYC verification has been completed and no active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding. Accounts may not be closed while a withdrawal request is pending review.

Suspension or closure by pbc88bd: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Confirmed or reasonably suspected fraudulent activity, including multi-accounting, collusion, use of automated software, or money laundering.
• Receipt of a valid legal order requiring closure from a competent authority.
• Confirmed underage gambling.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account holders will be notified by email before any administrative fee is applied to the balance.

Effect of closure on funds: Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, pbc88bd reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Funds withheld as a result of confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering will not be returned. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any real-money balance will be returned within 10 business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pbc88bd and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and Game Providers shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service caused by technical failure, maintenance, force majeure events, third-party platform outages (including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket service disruptions), or any event beyond pbc88bd's reasonable control.

Where pbc88bd's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing language: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
